If for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased from the website, you can return it to us in Gosport in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt and we will issue a refund or an exchange. Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage and any re-delivery charges for exchanges. If you exceed the 7 days you may be eligible for an exchange only. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
Please contact us by initially e-mailing email@example.com quoting the Order Number for a returns form which upon receipt should be filled in and returned to us along with the product. If the return is due to a fault with the product you may be required to provide photographic evidence before a return will be authorised.
Once you have a returns form all returns should be packaged securely, with any shoulder or strap/backpack straps inside the bag and sent to us using a recorded delivery service to the address on the returns form.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the product being received by us.
